I have worked with Phil on multiple conferences including one that I ran.  The one in particular that I was in charge of, Phil was arranged for the facilities it went extremely well.  Phil did a comparison of the conference centers in the area so that we were best able to determine what location met the most of our needs at the best price.  Leading up to the conference he acted as a single point of contact and made sure that any requests and changes were filtered through to the correct person.  While the conference was going on he made sure that all the requirements were met and ready so there was a smooth transition.  After the conference he checked the invoice for us to make sure that we got what we ordered and at the correct price.  Should the opportunity present itself for me to do this again, I would be happy to work with Phil again.  The conference was a success both for the attendees and from a budget perspective.
